Punk rock fanatics will have a chance to get their hands on some music gear, rare vinyl and tons of punk paraphernalia from the personal collection of Burnaby's Joe Keithley, front man of the legendary punk band DOA.

Keithley is clearing out his Burnaby home and selling music equipment, rare vinyl and punk memorabilia.

"Clearly, I've got too much stuff," he said. "I've got 10 guitars. How many can I play at once?"

Sale items include a 2009 Gibson SG Custom electric guitar, a Yamaha Power V snare, a signed Bobby Orr jersey, rare and coloured vinyl recordings (including an out-of-print No Means No 12"), "tricked up DOA bass drum skins," early DOA singles, and an assortment of punk posters and art.

To inquire about the items, email info@suddendeath.com. Keithley is selling everything online first, but anything leftover will be available at a punk rock garage sale on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Railway Club in Vancouver.

Cover is $5, and Keithley will play a couple of acoustic sets.

For more information or to check out some of the sale items, go to suddendeath.com.
