Looking for a fun night out with the kids?

Enjoy a Tuesday night movie at the Metrotown branch of Burnaby Public Library (6100 Willingdon Ave.).

Tonight (July 17) at 7 p.m., it's The Iron Giant, the story of a boy who finds a new friend when he finds a giant robot - but he has to find a way to keep it hidden and safe. It's recommended for those aged seven and up, and adults need to stay with kids under 10.

On Tuesday, July 24 at 7 p.m., families can enjoy Captain Underpants – based on the popular story of George and Harold, who hypnotize their principal into thinking he’s a superhero named, you guessed it, Captain Underpants. It’s recommended for those aged six and up, and adults must watch with children younger than 10.

Tickets are free and available in the children’s library starting an hour before show time – space is limited, so show up early.
