St. Thomas More Collegiate grad Kyle Turris was named the NHL's second star for the week ending March 17. The Ottawa Senators' centre scored four goals and tied for second in the league with six points in four games last week. Turris scored two goals and added one assist, including the overtime winner in a 4-3 victory over Buffalo on March 16. He also collected his eighth goal of the season in a 4-1 win over Winnipeg on Sunday.
