Just 30 minutes of exercise three to five times per week is enough to decrease the chance of various health risks including heart disease, Type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer.

Research and experience has proven that boxing/kickboxing is one of the most effective cardiovascular workouts you can do. Not only does it give you that intensity level you need - it's fun, it works your entire body and it'll keep you coming back for more.
