Car dealer's team drives 1,000 miles to help customer

Many businesses say they go the extra mile for a customer. One business on Burnaby’s border actually went 1,000 miles. A Brian Jessel BMW customer bought a 2020 X7, which was shipped to their home in Prince George.

Many businesses say they go the extra mile for a customer.

One business on Burnaby’s border actually went 1,000 miles.

A Brian Jessel BMW customer bought a 2020 X7, which was shipped to their home in Prince George.

Upon arrival, the vehicle had a battery complication and, with no BMW resources in Prince George, the local team came up with a solution.

Customer relations manager Paul Killeen and service manager Kevin Holter packed up a battery and a mobile programming unit and drove the round trip to Prince George for the installation.

That’s more than 1,000 miles.
