At least four employees working at three different Real Canadian Superstore locations in the Lower Mainland have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).
Loblaw Companies Ltd, the parent company of Real Canadian Superstore released employee infection numbers for Dec. 29 and 30.
Here are those locations and the number of people who contracted the virus:
Real Canadian Superstore
- 7550 King George Boulevard, Surrey, B.C.: Team member tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19. The last day the team member worked was on Dec. 24.
- 2155 Ferry Avenue, Prince George, B.C.: Team member tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19. The last day the team member worked was on Dec. 22.
- 14650 104th Ave., Surrey, B.C.: Multiple team members tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19.
T&T, which is also owned by Loblaw, posts employee COVID-19 test positive cases on a public webpage. The Asian grocery giant has not reported any recent store worker cases in British Columbia following a single case reported by the company Dec.14 at its Lansdowne mall location in Richmond, involving an employee who last worked Dec. 8.
