Opera lovers, take note.
Burnaby Lyric Opera is winding up its Sunday afternoon concert series with a June 16 performance at Shadbolt Centre for the Arts.
The Opera for a Sunday Afternoon series features highlights of various operas, performed by singers who have taken to the stage with Burnaby Lyric Opera. This concert features highlights from Richard Strauss’ Der Rosenkavalier, featuring Chloé Hurst, Gina McLellan Morel and Emma Parkinson, all stars of past Burnaby Lyric Opera productions.
David Boothroyd is the conductor and music director.
