Have you been to a PechaKucha night yet?
If you haven’t yet checked out the speaker series in Burnaby, it’s coming back to Shadbolt Centre for the Arts on Saturday, May 4 for its fourth edition. A PechaKucha night, for the uninitiated, features slide presentations in which presenters show 20 slides for 20 seconds each, for a total of 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
Each night features a variety of speakers on a wide range of topics, sharing information about something they’re passionate about. The show starts at 7 p.m., and there’s a reception after all the presentations.
