Two serious crashes occurred in Surrey over a long weekend.

Two separate crashes over the long weekend have left people with serious injuries.

The Surrey Fire Fighters Association says first responders were busy over the weekend.

One of the crashes involved the driver of a Tesla and a Dodge Challenger. The Tesla driver sustained serious injuries, while the people in the Dodge fled the scene.

Meanwhile, a three-vehicle collision caused serious and potentially life-threatening injuries to one driver, with occupants of another vehicle fleeing on foot.

Anyone with information about the crashes is asked to contact police.
