Art in the Park on in Burnaby

Free art workshops on in local parks

Burnaby’s annual Art in the Park series kicks off next week.

The city-run program sends a local artist to lead free, family friendly art classes in several Burnaby parks.
Artist Anna Talbot will be on site, leading the sessions, and participants can drop by and spend as much time as they like making art outdoors.
This year’s theme is watercolour collage. Talbot will help participants explore the natural environment using varied drawing techniques, oil pastels and collage.
