Burnaby's annual Multicultural Festival was a hit this past weekend.
The yearly event, held at the Bonsor Recreation Complex, celebrates the many diverse communities in Burnaby.
"It was wonderful, it was so much fun, there were tons of people. We figured throughout the course of the day we had about 5,000 people," said Don Doyle, who organized the festival along with Allison Sanderson, both staff at Bonsor. "Everybody had a good time, and it was a really good day," Doyle said.
