Yes, indeed, the holiday season is upon us. And you have all these good intentions about doing so many fun holiday things, but there are only so many days left to do them.

Never fear. We're making it a little bit easier by offering up this day-by-day Christmas countdown of things to do in Burnaby.

Today: T-minus-19 days till Christmas!

Today's task: Check out Worlds of Wonder at Deer Lake Gallery. The show, which features metal robot sculptures by Lynne Taylor Fahestalk and digital artwork by Nancie T. Green, is sure to delight folks of all ages. It's open from noon to 4 p.m. at 6584 Deer Lake Ave.

And the gallery is set right in Deer Lake Park - which means you can take advantage of the location to go for a stroll around the lake while you're there.

The show closes this weekend (Dec. 9), so be sure to stop in soon. Check out www.burnabyartscouncil.org for more details.
