Parenting small children in Burnaby?
You’ll want to make time for the upcoming Healthy Kids Fair at Bonsor Recreation Complex.
The event is set for Thursday, June 7 from 9:30 a.m. to noon, and admission is free. It’s aimed at parents and caregivers of children from newborn up to age five.
Caregivers and kids can drop in together to visit a health nurse, take part in crafts and activities, and play with the giant Imagination Playground blocks. Community agencies that provide services for preschoolers and families will also be on hand to answer questions.
