Double Chocolate Cookie Bars
2 cups finely crushed creme-filled Oreo cookies (24 cookies)
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 (12oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Oreo crumbs and margarine, press firmly on the bottom of nine-by-13-inch backing pan.
In medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt one cup chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Pour evenly over prepared crust, top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 20 minutes or until set.
Chill if desired. Cut into bars.
