Christmas concert: Amabilis Singers' are presenting A Christmas Wish on Saturday at 2 p.m. at New Westminster Christian Reformed Church, 8255 13th Ave., Burnaby.

1 Get festive at the Burnaby Skating Club's annual Christmas gala on Saturday with guest skaters Addison Voldeng and Courtney Royer. There will be family oriented fun, free entertainment, free skating after the show (bring your own skates and helmets), food and drinks, and face painting. The gala takes place at the Kensington Arena, 6159 Curtis St. The show starts at 10 a.m. For more information, email [email protected].

2 Get cultured at the Burnaby Art Gallery's Lunch BAG Day on Saturday, with lunch and tour of the Volumes: Works in Paper exhibition. The works are created on and "in" paper. 3 Get charmed by the Amabilis Singers' presentation of A Christmas Wish on Saturday at 2 p.m. at New Westminster Christian Reformed Church, 8255 13th Ave., Burnaby. Tickets are $20, free for children under 12. Tickets can be purchased from choir members, at the door or by calling 604-433-6538.

4 Get entertained by celebrity magician Murray SawChuck, who is bringing his Vegas magic to the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts on Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets are limited. Call 604-205-3000 for ticket information.

5 Get riding the carousel at the Burnaby Village Museum for a good cause. Proceeds from carousel rides on Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m. will be donated to the Burnaby Christmas Bureau. Tickets are $2.21. For more information, call 604-297-4565 or go to burnabyvillagemuseum.ca.
