The Artists Helping Artists collective is inviting everyone from the community in to see what they’re all about.

The collective – which more commonly goes by A.H.A. – is made up of artists of all abilities and skill levels. The group provides artists with studio space, affordable materials and a chance to pursue their own goals in creating art.

“A.H.A. believes art is a vital element in tolerance and inclusion, and a large percent of our membership is made up of artists with complex needs,” said a press release from the group.

A.H.A. is hosting an open house to relaunch its studio space in Burnaby and let people know about some changes, including new classes being offered. The event will include a silent auction and raffle.

Anyone interested can drop in to 7724 Royal Oak Ave. on Friday, June 1 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
