The Burnaby Arts Council once again hosted its Worldwide Bird Art Installation to mark Culture Days celebrations in the city on Sept. 29.

Artists were invited to create a bird and then send or bring it to the gallery. There, birds were installed in the gallery and the yard, and the installations documented.

Birds were sent to the gallery from around the world for the exhibition.

The gallery also create a collective mural, celebrating the importance of rivers, in celebration of World Rivers Day.
