Three rising opera stars are featured in the final Opera for a Sunday Afternoon concert of the season.
Burnaby Lyric Opera’s concert series comes to a close on Sunday, June 24 with a 3 p.m. concert at Shadbolt Centre for the Arts.
The concert will offer up highlights from Gaetano Donizetti’s L’Elisir d’Amore (The Elixir of Love). It features singers Tamar Simon, Thomas Lamont and Geoffrey Schellenberg, who have all starred in past Burnaby Lyric Opera productions.
Melody Natsume is the musical director and conductor.
