The Burnaby Potters’ Guild is toasting summer with a new show in North Burnaby.
The guild is holding its next show and sale, Summer – Let’s Drink to That!, on Saturday, June 9 at Capitol Hill Community Hall.
The show will feature a variety of drinking vessels of all kinds, along with the group’s usual array of handmade pottery.
The guild is a group of ceramic artists that works out of the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts. They participate in community events and support the Shadbolt through donations of equipment and rental of their studios and kilns.
“By supporting the guild, you are also supporting the arts in Burnaby,” says a press release about the show.
