It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

At least it will be at Shadbolt Centre for the Arts this weekend, when the Burnaby Arts Council hosts its 40th Christmas craft show.

The show is on at the Shadbolt Centre, 6450 Deer Lake Ave., from Nov. 10 to 13 - noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The show has previously been known as the Burnaby Arts Council Heritage Christmas Craft Fair, but it's getting a new name and a new look for 2011.

The arts council now has access to another room, which includes space for more tables - which means new vendors, demonstrations and live entertainment along with the usual sales of crafts.

"There will be something there for everyone," the arts council promises in a press release.

Admission is free.
