The Burnaby Art Gallery is reaching out to help artists with professional development.
For the second year, the gallery is offering a series of professional development workshops for artists, geared towards practising artists at any level in their career.
Among the upcoming sessions:
- Grant Writing: Allison Collins, an independent curator, writer and arts administrator, will lead this session on Sept. 24.
- Artist Bookkeeping: Marianna Scott of Quantum Accounting leads this session on Saturday, Oct. 29
- DIY Project Building - Local Funding Resources: Art historian, educator and arts administrator Carol-Ann Ryan will lead this session on Nov. 5.
