An updated version of a Christmas song made famous by Elvis Presley is now out for the “virtual” holidays.
And the collaboration for Blue Christmas includes appearances by three Tri-City musicians: Coquitlam’s Sami Ghawi, and Myles Philpott and Khyla Granstrom of Port Coquitlam.
Organized by the music company FUSIONpresents (FP), the YouTube production is Ghawi’s “gift to the community as families around the world will likely be experiencing a blue Christmas this year due to travel bans and social distancing,” he wrote in a news release.
