Always wanted to learn some classic Latin dances? Now's the chance to do it for free, and to bring along the children too.
The Shadbolt Centre for the Arts is hosting a Latin Dance Extravaganza this coming Sunday, Aug. 21, from 3 to 6 p.m.
Families are welcome and no experience is necessary. Dances will include the salsa, chacha, jive and merengue, with instruction first and a social dance to follow, including some demonstrations.
The centre is at 6450 Deer Lake Ave.
