Dare to Dance?
A flash mob campaign is recruiting enthusiastic participants from around the Lower Mainland, including Burnaby, to learn a dance routine and perform it this spring.
Registration is now open for the Love Our Bodies, Love Ourselves flash mob.
The event is part of the Provincial Eating Disorders Awareness campaign. The provincial leader for the campaign is Jessie's Legacy program at Family Services of the North Shore.
Separate flash mobs in each community will be part of a contest to dance the best routine. Deadline for submissions is May 1.
The winning group will take home the official campaign Love our Bodies, Love Ourselves wristbands and Perfect Is Boring T-shirts.
