Enjoy a classic from the modern choral repertoire with the SFU Choir on Friday night.
The Simon Fraser University Choir is presenting John Rutter's Requiem in concert at Cliff Avenue United Church, 1600 Cliff Ave.
The choir is made up of SFU students, alumni, staff and faculty, as well as community members. It was started in 1992 by a few undergraduate students who loved to sing, and the group now hosts concerts three times a year.
The concert starts at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are $20 general or $10 for students and seniors. Children under 12 are free.
