A 42-year-old Burnaby man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to women walking near the Central Valley Greenway Trail.
The man was arrested on Monday (yesterday) and released pending a court appearance, according to a release from Burnaby RCMP. His release comes with specific conditions, including staying away from the Central Valley Greenway Trail, parks and green spaces.
Police are recommending three counts of indecent act.
