Numerous Burnaby athletes, coaches and officials have new hardware to hang at home after successful BC Summer Games performances.
The 33rd version of the biannual games was held in Maple Ridge from July 17 to 21 and featured 22 different sports.
Burnaby athletes brought home four gold medals in individual events, seven silver and seven bronze.
Team events that involved Burnaby athletes saw 13 gold medals won, nine silver and four bronze.
Burnaby's Advaith Iyer was also one of 16 athletes to win a $1,000 bursary for leadership in sports.
