Burnaby firefighters were kept busy fighting an apartment fire on Saturday night.
The “D Platoon” of the Burnaby Fire Department was called out to an apartment located in the 6400 block of Burlington.
Ladders were used to gain access to balconies on the top floor to battle this one-alarm fire.
“Textbook transitional stream following by direct access to 3rd floor balconies, securing exposures and rapid extinguishment,” read a tweet by the Burnaby Fire Department Twitter account.
According to the department, all residents and firefighters were reported safe after the fire was put out.
