Burnaby RCMP announced the charges today (May 14) in relation to an incident that happened last weekend.

According to a media release, around 9 p.m. on May 11, police were called to a home in the 6900-block of Adair Street. When officers arrived on scene they found a woman bleeding from stab wounds in her neck and head. The woman had fled from her home to that of a neighbour's after an alleged argument with her partner led to the attack, the release stated.
