The Burnaby RCMP is hosting an information session Thursday, May 30 for those interested in joining Block Watch.
According to a press release, the local detachment is "actively recruiting new Block Watch teams to help reduce crime in the City of Burnaby."
Participants work with the RCMP, sharing information on community activity and public safety concerns.
The session runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at Burnaby city hall in council chambers. To attend, register by May 17 at [email protected].
