Burnaby's COVID-19 cases saw a slight increase last week, according to new data.
The latest Geographic Distribution of COVID-19 by Local Health Area of Case Residence numbers from July 4 to 10, 2021, show Burnaby recorded 14 new infections.
The previous report for June 27 to July 3, 2021, saw 11 cases.
The data is released by the BC Centre for Disease Control.
In other numbers, the B.C. COVID-19 Surveillance Dashboard shows Northeast Burnaby is the lone area at that percentage from July 6 to 12, 2021, while Northwest, Southwest and Northeast sit at 1%.
Data from June 29 to July 4, 2021, saw Northwest and Southwest Burnaby sitting at 0% while Southeast and Northeast remained steady at 1%.
Burnaby's latest regional numbers for July 6 to July 12 are as follows. Case rates are new cases per 100,000 people by local health area and community health service area.
