Mounties are investigating a collision between a vehicle and a cyclist at Lougheed Highway and Gilmore Avenue Thursday morning.
The crash happened around 8:15 a.m., according to Burnaby RCMP Staff Sgt. Maj. John Buis.
The cyclist’s injuries are unknown at this time but Buis said they were not believed to be life threatening. The cyclist was taken to Vancouver General Hospital where he remains at this time.
What caused the collision is still under investigation. Investigators were still on scene as of 9:30 a.m., Buis added.
