Two of the city's shopping centres will be hosting Easter-themed events this weekend.
At Brentwood Town Centre, Good Friday will feature Story Time, including a special guest reader, from Coles Books who will read an Easter tale at 1 p.m. Special Easter crafts are also part of the fun for kids.
On Saturday, the Bunny's Got Talent Easter Show, goes at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Mossop will be auditioning to be Brentwood's next Easter Bunny and the host and children will act as judges for Mossop as he proves through song, dance and the bunny hop that he's got what it takes to be the next top Easter Bunny.
There's also a bunny meet-and-greet from 1 to 1:30 p.m. where Mossop the Easter Bunny will be hopping through the mall visiting children and handing out some sweet treats.
Brentwood Town Centre is located at 4567 Lougheed Hwy.
Travel along Lougheed Highway to Lougheed Town Centre on Saturday and attend their Easter Carnival, running from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The shopping centre's Easter carnival will feature a bouncy castle, cotton candy, face-painting, games and prizes.
