Family, Mounties seek missing Metro Vancouver teen

He was last heard from July 14.

Family is becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of a 17-year-old missing for around a week.

Jaiden Lumanlan was last seen on July 8 in the 10200-block of City Parkway in Surrey, according to Surrey RCMP. While he hasn't been seen since then he stayed in contact with family for a few days following. He was last in touch with them Wednesday, July 14.

"Now, after being out of contact for several days, police and his family have become increasingly concerned for his well-being," writes Surrey Mounties in a press release.

Lumanlan is described as a 17-year-old Caucasian male. He stand 5'10" and weighs 140 lbs. He has shoulder-length brown hair and no facial hair. The last time he was seen he was wearing a grey sweater and brown track pants.

Anyone with information about Lumanlan's whereabouts is asked to call the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502. Alternatively, anonymous tips can be called into Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
