The crowds braved intermittent showers on Saturday morning to line the streets for the Hats Off Day parade in the Heights.
The procession began with the police motorcycle drill team and marching bands, community groups and parade floats followed soon after.
Hastings Street was jam-packed with revelers enjoying the festival, and by the time the parade ended, the day was warm and dry.
