Mounties are asking for help locating a 38-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since Feb. 28.
Berhane Beraky was last seen leaving his work in North Burnaby around 5:50 p.m. on Feb. 28, according to a media release from Burnaby RCMP.
Investigators don’t believe he is involved in any high-risk lifestyle, and say it is unusual for Beraky not to return home or show up for work.
Beraky is described as an African-Canadian, 5-7 and 148 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes and a thin moustache. He was last seen wearing a beige khaki jacket with an off-white jacket underneath, dark pants, and carrying a black backpack.
Anyone with information on Beraky’s disappearance or who may have seen him since Feb. 28 is asked to contact the Burnaby RCMP’s missing persons unit at 604-294-7922.
