Burnaby is home to some of the cheapest prices for fuel in Metro Vancouver.
According to GasBuddy.com, the least expensive currently sits at $1.69 per litre at the Super Save Gas station on 6th Street, as of this publication, Nov. 3.
That's a drop of four cents from last Friday, Oct. 27, and it's a decrease of eight cents at that Burnaby outlet from $1.77
Only the Super Save Gas in Langley is offering a lower option: $1.68 per litre.
But Burnaby's municipal average for fuel, as a result of the improved prices, is also down by two cents to $1.75 per litre.
Meanwhile, the least expensive gas in all of B.C. can be found on Vancouver Island.
GasBuddy.com says the Gas n Go on Victoria Road in Nanaimo is currently priced at $1.53 per litre.
Eight gas stations in Abbotsford and Chilliwack make up the top 10 cheapest options in the province, ranging from $1.57 to $1.60 per litre.
