Man allegedly punched woman through open car window at intersection

RCMP are asking the public for help identifying a suspect in a terrifying assault that allegedly took place on April 17 around 9:30 p.m. A woman was driving in her white Nissan SUV when she stopped at the intersection of 152 Street and 64 Avenue.

RCMP are asking the public for help identifying a suspect in a terrifying assault that allegedly took place on April 17 around 9:30 p.m.

A woman was driving in her white Nissan SUV when she stopped at the intersection of 152 Street and 64 Avenue. She was waiting to turn left when a dark coloured pick-up truck pulled up behind her and stopped. A man got out of the truck and proceeded to walk up beside her vehicle where he punched her through the open driver’s side window.

The suspect then got back his truck and fled the scene, driving southbound on 152nd Street in Surrey. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie and a baseball hat at the time of the incident.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 35-36 years old, with a pale/fair complexion, sharp facial features, blonde facial stubble, short hair, and approximately 5’9″-5’10” and 180-190 pounds with a stocky build.

The public is requested to call police if they can help to identify this person or witnessed the occurrence.
