Families gathered at New Westminster Public Library on Saturday to mark the coming of the Lunar New Year.
Elaine Su, a teacher-librarian and New Westminster's 2022 Citizen of the Year, hosted a Mandarin storytime and a Lunar New Year craft session on Jan. 7.
