Photos: No Stone Left Alone in Burnaby for Remembrance Day

St. John Ambulance, Division 389c held its second annual running of the event on Saturday (Nov. 5).

No stone was left alone Saturday morning at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Burnaby.

St. John Ambulance Division 389c participated in its second annual running of No Stone Left Alone, an event to honour veterans who have passed away for the ultimate sacrifice.

No Stone Left Alone is an educational initiative involving youth across Canada with the simple act of placing a poppy on military headstones to honour and recognize the sacrifices that Canadian military men and women made while serving Canada, a press release notes.

Cadets of all ages placed poppies on headstones and reflected on those who served the country.
