A New Westminster man was arrested Wednesday and police are recommending a robbery charge against him in relation to a May 10 incident at the Metrotown SkyTrain station where a wheelchairbound woman with cerebral palsy had her iPad taken from her.
David Clayton Ned was arrested Wednesday in relation to the incident which took place as the woman tried to get into an elevator at the SkyTrain station.
Ned is the second person arrested in connection with this incident, with the first person arrested on May 16.
