A break-and-enter suspect was captured on a series of security videos.

The Burnaby RCMP is looking for help identifying a break-and-enter suspect captured on security video.

The break-in occurred just after 1 a.m. at a restaurant on Kingsway near McKay Avenue on Thursday Nov. 18, according to a police news release

The suspect appears to be a man, standing about five feet and 10 inches, police said.

He was captured on several surveillance cameras in the area wearing all dark clothing.

His face and head were concealed by a mask and hood.

“The suspect walked away with a significant amount of money,” Burnaby RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Mike Kalanj said in the release. “We’re releasing this video in the hopes that someone in the public will recognize the suspect and help us move this investigation forward.”
