A Vancouver woman says a driver substantially damaged two of her parked vehicles after they crashed into them on the street today.

A Vancouver woman says a driver "substantially damaged" two of her parked vehicles after they crashed into them on the street today.

Surveillance footage of the incident shows a black Chevrolet sedan heading eastbound on 49th Avenue near Tyne Street in Vancouver at 8:54 a.m. on Monday (April 5). The driver heads right up against two parked vehicles, a white SUV and a smaller car, and hits them with enough force that both of them rock back and forth.

The owner of the parked vehicles, who prefers not to disclose her name for safety concerns, tells Vancouver Is Awesome that there is substantial damage from the incident.

"From the gas cover to the front of both vehicles, several panels have been substantially damaged," she explains. "The driver side mirror was blown off one of the cars and the other car has a blown-out tire."

The woman adds that the black Chevrolet that crashed into her vehicles is now missing the passenger side mirror and "should have damage along the entire passenger side."

Unfortunately, she was unable to get the license plate information and is appealing to the public for help identifying the vehicle. Without a license number, she says Vancouver Police cannot help her identify the vehicle.

This is the first time a car has collided with her parked vehicles, she adds.

Have a look at a video of the incident.
