Candace Berry of United is tied with Olynyk with 50 points, from four tries, two penalties and 12 two-point converts.

Burnaby Lake's Laura Harmse is in a tie for sixth place with five tries.

University of Maine infielder Alex Calbick had a big day at the plate in the Black Bears' 5-3 win over Bryant.

Calbick went four-for-five at the plate and scored two runs for Maine in an NCAA Division I baseball game on March 23.

Christopher Busto was named the most inspirational player in the Pacific International Junior Hockey League.

Busto, a 20-year-old fourth-year defenceman, was the Grandview Steelers captain this season. Busto finished his junior B career with 21 goals, 73 points and 220 penalty minutes.

Alan Tolusso of Burnaby placed second in the boys' 15 to 19 age group in the Nike Golf junior series at Hazelmere Country Club on March 11.

The Tolusso, the first-round leader with a two-under-par 70, finished with a 145 total just one shot behind Jordan Lu of Vancouver.
