Redshirt senior Jakie Köhli finished her water polo career at Indiana University two goals short of the school's all-time goal scoring record.

Köhli scored the 244th goal of her NCAA Division I women's water polo career following Indiana's 14-9 victory over Hartwick University in the bronze-medal final of the Collegiate Women's eastern finals at Ann Arbor, Michigan on Sunday.

The season-ending win left the Hoosiers out of the NCAA national tournament and Köhli two goals shy of Kristin Stanford's school record of 246 career goals.

The Moscrop Secondary grad also finished second all-time in career steals with 276 thefts and third in career assists with 134.

A day earlier, Köhli scored her team-leading 60th goal of the season in a 6-5 loss to Michigan in the semifinals of the eastern championships. Earlier, Köhli potted a pair of markers in a 12-3 first-round win over Bucknell.

Köhli was named to the Western Division all-conference first team on April 25.

After taking a year off to recover from shoulder surgery, the Burnaby product has led the team in scoring with goals and added 29 assists, 52 steals, and 23 field blocks.
