A career night was overshadowed by the team's first loss of the season for Boise State University redshirt freshman Lexi Der of Burnaby.

Der scored 11 points for Boise State in a 64-55 loss to instate-rival Idaho State in NCAA Division I women's basketball on Nov. 20.

The St. Thomas More Collegiate grad led the Broncos on four-of-five shooting, including one three-pointer and two free throws.

IN DOUBLE FIGURES

University of Manitoba guard Stephanie Gill scored 10 points, including two-of-four from downtown in a 66-51 loss to Canadian Interuniversity Sports No. 2-ranked Fraser Valley University in women's basketball last Friday.

Gill is currently third in overall team scoring and first in three-point field goal percentage.
