The Simon Fraser University women's volleyball team fell to 0-6 in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference following a pair of straight-set losses at home last weekend.

The varsity Clan dropped a 27-25, 2514, 25-22 match to Northwest Nazarene on Saturday after losing to Central Washington University by a similar 3-0 score on Friday.

"It was a tough game tonight with a lot of good opportunites, but we didn't seize those opportunities," said SFU head coach Lisa Sulatycki of Saturday's match in a prepared Clan press release.

SFU's Cheryl Windhorst earned a gamehigh 15 kills in the three-set match.

In Friday's match, Windhorst again led the Clan with a game-high 12 kills and nine digs.
