Burnaby’s Leo Harper surged ahead of the pack with a final round of 2-under-70 to win the Canadian Junior Golf Association’s tour stop in Chilliwack.
Harper, 14, opened with a round of 77 but took control on the second day with three birdies for a two-round total of 147. Finishing 10 strokes back was Burnaby’s Andy Luo.
