The Burnaby Lake Rugby Club came up just short against the defending premier league men's rugby champion Castaway Wanderers.
Burnaby Lake got tries from Jeke Gotegote and former Burnaby junior forward Admir Cejvanovic in a 24-20 loss to the Vancouver Island club last Saturday.

This Saturday, Burnaby Lake will take on James Bay at Burnaby Lake Sports Complex-East at 2: 45 p.m.
The Victoria club kept four points ahead of Castaway Wanderers with a 32-13 win over the UBCOB Ravens last weekend.
