B.C. Rugby will be offering a Level 1 Referee Course on Aug. 30 at Burnaby Lake Sports Complex-East.
This is a vitally important opportunity for club teams, especially at the age-grade level, to ensure that they have qualified referees trained and available in the case allocated referees are not be available for their games.

Time: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Location: Burnaby Lake Rugby Club (Mohawk Room), 3760 Sperling Ave, Burnaby

Complete the World Rugby Laws &Rugby Ready on-line courses prior to attending the Level 1 course.
Time to complete these tests vary depending on your background -- please allow several hours to complete. - E-mail proof of completion to the instructor at [email protected] or bring with you on the day of the course.

What to bring to the course:
- A whistle
- Suitable outdoor clothing & footwear (with extra socks). It’s a very "hands-on" course, similar to a players training session, so you will be getting dirty and there will be physical contact. There are change facilities available.
